Refund Policy

1. Service Customization
At Eastgate Digital, we design and engineer bespoke web development and digital design solutions. Because our services are highly customized to the precise commercial and technical needs of each individual project, standard refund models do not apply. Our refund and cancellation structures are aligned with progressive development milestones.
2. Milestone-Based Non-Refundability
Our project delivery is broken down into structured, transparent milestones (e.g., Discovery and Wireframing, UI/UX Design, Core Front-End Development, Back-End Integration, and Deployment). Upon the formal completion and approval of a milestone, the payment allocated to that milestone becomes non-refundable, as it represents active engineering hours, intellectual capital, and digital resources spent on your system.
3. Cancellation and Discontinuation
A client may request to cancel or discontinue a project at any point during development. Upon receiving written notification, we will halt all engineering work immediately. Any uncommited project retainer, or payments made for future milestones that have not yet commenced, will be returned in full within 14 business days.
4. System Support Plans
Monthly hosting, maintenance, and ongoing SEO/support retainer plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel these support retainers at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial or prorated refunds are offered for mid-month service periods.
